Following its global launch two years ago, the development received overwhelming positive responses from both Thai and international buyers alike.
After the recent completion of its construction, the condominium development is now undergoing a process of unit inspections and ownership transfers. The group expects Bt3-billion worth of property to be transferred to homebuyers by the end of this year. The project boasts a strategic location close to a future transportation hub, as well as amenities for metropolitan living, making it an ideal residence and a worthy long-term investment. Its facilities have recently been upgraded with an integration of modern living innovations and technology to better meet the lifestyle needs of consumers in the digital age. With this development’s success, BTS Group and Sansiri have reaffirmed their commitment to long-term collaboration.
Kavin Kanchanapas, chief executive officer of the BTS Group Holdings Plc, revealed that BTS Group and Sansiri share a common vision: to develop residential projects in locations of exceptional transport convenience with long-term investment value.
“The LINE Jatujak–Mochit is our first development; it is as an excellent creation in all dimensions, a phenomenal success. Two years ago, it marked a new chapter in Thailand’s real-estate market.
Today, we are ready to build on this success by combining BTS Group’s financial strengths and ownership of land in excellent locations with Sansiri’s real-estate expertise to develop many new projects in the future.” he said.
Apichart Chutrakul, chief executive officer of Sansiri Plc, said the 2015 launch of The LINE Jatujak–Mochit in three markets – Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore – marked a new chapter in Thailand’s real-estate industry.
The LINE Jatujak–Mochit by the BTS Sansiri Holding Group is a 43-storey, 841-unit high-rise condominium development. The units range from 25.25 sq m to 105.75 sq m. The project is located on a 4-rai plot near Mochit BTS station and Chatuchak MRT station. A skywalk connecting the condominium to the BTS station through a community mall located in the front of the project will be opened in 2018. The development is surrounded by office buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, department stores, the Chatuchak Weekend Market, the Or Tor Kor Market and a vast green space of over 700 rais.
